Andrea is highly skilled in collaborating with C-suite executives to outline short- and long-term business objectives and implementing integrated human resources strategies. She is recognized as an invaluable advisor, champion, and thought leader, expert at leveraging data-driven strategies and innovating people management strategies to optimize organizational culture, employee engagement, retention, revenue, and growth. She has expertise in,cultivating collaborative partnerships and leading highly responsive and valued HR departments.
Andrea has partnered with numerous organizations throughout her consulting career, helping them improve employee retention rates, streamline recruitment processes, achieve transformation, and implement HR technology solutions. With a focus on innovation, integrity, and client satisfaction, Andrea delivers results that exceed expectations.
Andrea received her Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and pursued doctoral studies in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University.
